A 39-meter boom is already a special configuration on an Eagle, but we then purchased the machine in 2020 and, at the request of the next owner, equipped it with a lightweight drag cloth system that folds horizontally above the front wheels to maintain sufficient visibility of the road during transport.
The existing sections have been replaced with a Dubex control system using Müller software (EDS), and the boom can now be activated and deactivated in 50-centimeter increments via GPS.
In addition, Dubex DBL+ was installed to automatically control the boom’s balance, leveling, and height adjustment.
We added the clean water tank to the spray tank and had a separate, custom-made clean water tank fabricated to allow for internal cleaning of the machine if necessary.
Unfortunately, just before the machine was traded in with 5,000 hours on the clock, the engine failed. An overhaul would have taken too long in the middle of the season, so we decided to install a brand-new engine.
Track width adjustment is stepless from 1.50 to 2.25 meters.
The spray boom can be locked in 50-cm increments via GPS.

Deze nette machine met 99% driftreductie en 39 meter spuitboom is geen standaard Agrifac Eagle zoals die in 2008 uit de fabriek rolde.
Nu is een 39 meter boom al een bijzondere uitvoering op een Eagle, maar vervolgens is de machine door ons in 2020 ingekocht en op verzoek van de volgende eigenaar voorzien van een lichtgewicht sleepdoeksysteem wat horizontaal kan inklappen boven de voorwielen om voldoende zicht op de weg te houden tijdens transport.
De bestaande secties zijn vervangen door aansturing van Dubex met Müller software (EDS) en nu kan de boom per 50cm aan-en uitschakelen via de GPS.
Daarnaast is ook Dubex DBL+ gemonteerd om de balans vlakstelling en hoogteregeling van de boom automatisch te laten werken.
We hebben de schoonwatertank toegevoegd aan de spuittank en een aparte schoonwatertank op maat laten maken voor eventueel de machine inwendig te kunnen reinigen.
Helaas is net voordat de machine is ingeruild met 5000 uur, de motor kapot gegaan. Revisie duurde te lang midden in het seizoen en daardoor is er voor gekozen om een fabrieksnieuwe motor te plaatsen.
Spoorverstelling is traploos van 1.50 tot 2.25 meter.
Spuitboom is per 50 cm afsluitbaar via GPS.
