The box filler is suitable for filling boxes with a width of 1,800 mm. The height adjustment of the machine is variable by means of the adjustable base. The filling belt is equipped with sensors on both sides for perfect filling of the box with a large capacity. The product is transported through the filling belt to the bottom of the box. By applying a special braking cloth, which is automatically wound, the product is transported to the bottom of the box without being damaged. During filling, the filling belt gradually returns to its horizontal position after which it slides back over the frame to the other side of the crate. The machine has an automatic filling cycle for two crates.

De kistenvuller is geschikt voor het vullen van kisten met een breedte van 1.800 mm. De hoogte- instelling van de machine is variabel d.m.v. het instelbare onderstel. De afvulband is aan beide zijden voorzien van sensoren voor het perfect afvullen van de kist met een grote capaciteit. Het product wordt door middel de afvulband tot onderin de kist getransporteerd. Door het toepassen van een speciaal afremdoek welke automatisch wordt opgewikkeld wordt het product zonder beschadiging tot onderin de kist gebracht. Tijdens het afvullen knikt de vulband stapsgewijs terug naar zijn horizontale positie waarna deze over het frame terugschuift naar de andere zijde van de kist. De machine heeft een automatische bevullingscyclus voor twee kisten.
