Standard configuration
• Robust frame constructed from hollow-section profiles
• Heavy-duty turntable with heavy-duty bearings, made of heavy-gauge steel plate
• Turntable driven by a rack and pinion system
• Turntable has a fixed start/stop position
• Mechanical film brake
• The film carriage’s ascent and descent speed is continuously adjustable via the frequency-controlled motor
• Automatic load height detection via a photocell. A different type of photocell is required for dark loads or black film

• This machine fully complies with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and the EMC Directive 2004/108/EC; a CE declaration is, of course, included with the delivery.
De NIEUWE Matco T30 is een draaitafel pallet wikkelaar uitgerust met een mechanische folierem. De motoren voor de draaitafel, de foliewagen en het voorreksysteem zijn frequentie geregeld aangedreven.
Standaard uitvoering
• Robuust frame opgebouwd uit kokerprofiel
• Zwaar gelagerd draaiplateau uit zwaar staalplaat
• Aandrijving draaitafel middels een tandheugel en loopwielen
• Draaitafel heeft een vaste start/stop positie
• Mechanische folierem
• Stijg en daalsnelheid van de foliewagen is door de frequentie geregelde motor traploos instelbaar
• Automatische hoogtedetectie van de lading door middel van een fotocel. Voor een donkere lading of zwarte folie is een andere type fotocel benodigd
• De machine is voorzien van een Nederlandstalige handleiding
• Deze machine voldoet volledig aan de machinerichtlijn 2006/42 EC en EMC Richtlijn 2004/108 EC, uiteraard behoort een CE-verklaring tot de levering.
