The product is collected by a pneumatically operated fall breaker equipped with abrasion-resistant spek rubber. The MonoFilr comes standard with product height sensors which are adjustable from the clear 4" touch screen with multiple programs. The bunker is equipped with the unique Twin hopper system. This ensures good product distribution in the box and prevents pressure spots, resulting in an even air passage for each box in storage.

VHM-Machinery
De MonoFilr is een compacte standalone kistenvuller met een gemiddelde capaciteit van 50 kisten per uur met één heftruck. Deze machine is eenvoudig te verplaatsen met behulp van een kist en dankzij het opklapbare potenonderstel kan de machine compact worden weg gezet.
Het product wordt opgevangen door een pneumatisch bediende valbreker die is voorzien van slijtvast spekrubber. De MonoFilr wordt standaard geleverd met producthoogtesensoren welke instelbaar zijn vanuit het overzichtelijke 4” touchscreen met meerdere programma’s. De bunker is voorzien van het unieke Twin-trechtersysteem. Dit zorgt voor een goede product verdeling in de kist en voorkomt drukplekken, met als resultaat een gelijkmatige luchtdoorlaatbaarheid voor elke kist in de bewaring.
