Sloped sides lined with soft-landing material. A pressure distributor (tunnel) is located above the conveyor belt.
The discharge opening can be opened or closed using a valve. The hopper is equipped with grates to allow viewing of the level inside the hopper.
Tilting mechanism on the hopper, hydraulically driven by 2 double-acting hydraulic cylinders. Speed is adjustable. The tilt mechanism operates via a roll-off mechanism. This causes the hopper to move both forward and upward during tilting. As a result, the hopper is filled neatly in the center and to its maximum height. It tilts a full 170°!!
When tilting back, a preset switch allows you to choose whether or not to shake the bin.

The tilting mechanism can be easily removed from the hopper and installed on either side. (As can the drop breaker)
Black PVC hopper conveyor belt 2900x500 (LxW) driven by a gearmotor with a chain drive. Dust-tight, contactless plastic belt seal. Equipped with frequency control offering a very wide speed range. The belt can be completely removed from under the hopper, for example, to reroute the belt outlet to the other side.
On the side without the outlet, the hopper is equipped with an inspection hatch.
The hopper has forklift pockets for moving it with a forklift.
Finish: Fully sandblasted and powder-coated in a RAL color of your choice; standard RAL 7016 for the conveyor belt and tipper (anthracite) and RAL 6018 for the hopper (light green),

Bunker met lengte x breedte 2500x2500mm, inhoud 8m³, op in hoogte verstelbare poten kokers die in elkaar schuiven borging via pen/gat verstelling.
Schuine zijden bekleed met soft landing. Boven de band een drukverdeler (tunnel).
De uitstroom opening is middels een klep te openen/sluiten. Bunker is voorzien van roosters om het niveau in de bunker te kunnen zien.
Kantelaar op bunker, hydraulisch aangedreven 2 dubbelwerkende hydrauliekcilinders. In snelheid regelbaar. De kantelaar werkt via een afrolmechanisme. Hierdoor beweegt de kist tijdens het kantelen zowel naar voren als omhoog. Hierdoor wordt de bunker mooi in het midden gevuld en wordt hij qua hoogte maximaal gevuld. Kantelt maarliefst 170° !!
Bij terugkantelen kan middels een voorkeuze schakelaar gekozen worden om de kist wel/niet te schudden.
Valbreker in de bunker die automatisch beweegt wanneer de bunker vol/leeg raakt
De kantelaar is eenvoudig demontabel van de bunker en kan aan iedere zijde geplaatst worden. (Evenals de valbreker)
Zwarte PVC bunkeronderband 2900x500 (lxb) aangedreven door een motorreductor met een kettingoverbrenging. Stofdichte contactloze kunststof bandafdichting. Uitgevoerd met frequentieregeling met een zeer groot bereik in snelheid. De band is in zijn geheel onder de bunker uit te halen, bijvoorbeeld om de banduitloop naar de andere zijde te maken.
Aan de niet uitloopzijde is de bunker voorzien van een inspectieluik.
Bunker heeft lepelkokers om met de heftruck te kunnen verplaatsen.
Afwerking: Geheel gestraald en gepoedercoat in RAL kleur naar keuze, standaard RAL 7016 voor de band en kantelaar (antraciet) en RAL 6018 voor de bunker (licht groen),
