All new Trioliet tandem-axle mixer wagons are now fitted as standard with a five-point weighing system.Providing even more accurate and reliable weight registration during feed loading and mixing, the Dutch manufacturer says that a key advantage of the Double Ended Differential Beam (DEDB) load cell concept is the increased stability of the weighing system. The design of the load cells is said to better compensate for the effects of dynamic loads, such as uneven terrain or movements during loading. As a result, deviations in weight registration are minimized and the weight of the mixer wagon is more accurately recorded. The load cells are said to be easier to replace.
